Join the Garden Life Adventure Club for a refreshing hike along the White Trail at Sweetwater Creek State Park! This moderately challenging trail features peaceful forest paths, scenic views along the creek, and a visit to the park’s historic mill ruins—perfect for nature lovers seeking connection and rejuvenation.
We’ll meet at Garden Life Juice Bar at 7:30 a.m. and carpool to the trailhead ($5 parking fee). Be sure to bring water, comfortable shoes, and a spirit of adventure.
